Google Analytics 4 is the current version of Google Analytics, and it is a different beast from the old Universal Analytics. The old version stopped processing data in July 2023. If your account is still showing old data, or you never migrated properly, you are flying blind.
GA4 setup and migration
- Property and data stream: a clean setup, done the right way
- Migration: from Universal Analytics, where the data still needs comparing
- Event tracking: configured for what your business actually cares about
- Retention and filters: so internal traffic does not pollute the numbers
- Debugging and verification: so we know the data is real before we trust it
The goal is simple: an analytics setup that gives you trustworthy answers, not a dashboard that quietly lies to you.

What I do
Conversion tracking
Most businesses can tell you how much traffic they get. Very few can tell you how many of those visitors did something that matters. Form submissions, phone calls, purchases and revenue, sign-ups, offline conversions.
You stop guessing
Once conversions are tracked, every marketing decision gets easier. You know which channel, which campaign and which page actually produce results. You stop guessing and start measuring.
Why analytics projects fail
Most analytics failures are not technical. They are human: no agreed definition of success, nobody owns the data, dashboards nobody looks at, analysis without action. I design against these failures from the first conversation.
Reporting dashboards
Raw analytics data is noise. A good report is a signal. Dashboards built around your business goals: where traffic comes from, which channels produce leads and sales, what changed this month, which pages earn their keep.
Training
An analytics setup is only as good as the people using it. I train your team so the tool does not become a dependency on me: reading the reports that matter, checking campaigns in under a minute, keeping the data clean.
A setup that gets ignored
A setup that gets ignored is a setup that was never going to work. The goal is that your team can answer their own questions six months from now, without a consultant on the phone.
The audit comes first
If your analytics is already a mess, the first step is an audit to see exactly what is wrong, then a fix list with priorities. Duplicate events, missing conversions, broken tracking, inflated numbers.

Why work with me
- Designed against failure: success metrics defined in the first conversation, reporting that answers the questions you actually ask
- No dashboard dependency: training means your team answers their own questions six months from now
- Trustworthy numbers: debugging and verification, so the data is real before you trust it
