This case study describes a real engagement. The client's name and specific location are withheld because their marketing results are commercially sensitive. The work and the numbers are accurate.
The challenge
- Two worlds: the website treated service and product offerings as separate, so visitors could not move between them
- Hard to browse: weak categorisation and navigation across the product ranges
- Missing content: nothing covered the brands and products customers actually searched for
- No visibility: the business could not tell which part of the website was producing enquiries
A suburban cafe ran two sides of one business: the counter service customers saw, and the equipment service and product sales behind it. Customers searched for both, but the website did not connect them.

What Sagar did
Step 1: Find the search demand
Keyword research focused on the products that sold most and the brands most often brought in for service. That showed where the real demand sat, and what the website needed to cover.
Step 2: Connect service and product
The website was restructured around a deep internal linking system that connected the service pages with the product pages. A customer researching a service could now find the related products, and vice versa.
Step 3: Make the range browsable
Product categorisation was rebuilt, filtering was added, and a mega menu gave visitors a clear path through the full range. Navigation stopped being an obstacle.
Step 4: Cover the search territory
A content strategy was built to cover the keyword territory around the brands the business serviced and sold. Instead of a handful of pages trying to cover everything, each search theme had a proper page.
A note on results
Marketing results vary. These numbers reflect this business, this market and this timeframe, not a guarantee for anyone else. What I promise is the process: honest diagnosis, clear planning, real work and straight reporting.
